Will Solar Panels Affect Home Values?

Solar panels will affect home values according to the U.S. Department of Energy’s Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory. They conducted the largest-ever study of solar homes to determine how much the addition of solar panels impact home buyers. It discovered that buyers in six of those states were willing to pay $15,000 more for homes with solar panels than comparable homes without them.

Is Solar Safe?

Solar is safe! All solar panels meet international inspection and testing standards, and a qualified IBEW, Local #1 installer will install them to meet local building, fire, and electrical codes. Your solar energy system will also undergo a thorough inspection from your local public works department and utility company as part of the installation process.

How Many Solar Panels Do I Need?

The number of solar panels you need depends on a couple things: your energy usage & your roof pitch/direction. Just provide us with a simple address and a copy of your utility bill and we will be able to show you the amount of solar panels you will need, design your solar system, and get you on your path to owning your own energy.

Do You Provide Solar Financing?

Yes, we provide solar financing options.

How Does Solar Work?

How does solar work? Photovoltaic (PV) materials and devices convert sunlight into electrical energy. Photovoltaics, or PV are the panels you’ve seen on rooftops or in ground mounted on property. When the sun shines onto a solar panel, photons from the sunlight are absorbed by the cells in the panel, which creates an electric field across the layers and causes electricity to flow. Learn more about how PV works.
